Day 214 - Sweet Snuggles

Look what I get to enjoy most mornings...  my little people come in and snuggle with me.  I love it!

Day 213 - New Month, No Picture

Yep.  That pretty much says it all.  Today was spent recovering from our week-long trip.  AKA, unpacking.  Not super interesting, I promise!

Day 212 - Softball Picnic

Since it was a fifth Sunday today, we only had one service.  Afterwards, we headed out to the park to enjoy some friendly church softball.  It was so hot, but the sky was blue!  Here is Daddy and Carsten up to bat!

Day 211 - On The Road Again...

We spent pretty much the entire day in our car today.  Lots of driving.  And more driving, and then, after that, we did more driving.  Oh, we did stop a few times to eat... that was the most exciting part of it.  Ha!

We finally made it home before midnight.  Here is what Carsten looked like when we pulled into our garage...  I think he's pretty smart.

Day 210 - Branson Outings

This place is SO HOT.  Holy cow.  After quizzing was over today, we kind of hung in our condo until it got a bit cooler.  Then, we went out and rode at a 4 story go-kart place.  It was a blast!

Carsten was a trip on his tiny go-kart.  He kept jamming it into the girls in front of him and weazled his way right to the front.  Little stinker!

After the go-karts, we went down and watched the fountains we'd heard about.  They were synchronized with lights and music.  It was pretty and a lovely way to spend our last night in Branson.

Day 209 - The Natural State

Since were are so close, we thought it would be fun to drive a bit and head down to Arkansas.  None of us had ever been there.  Talk about windy, curvy roads!  Eek.  It was worth it though and now we can all say we've officially been to the Natural State - even if we barely stepped over the border. 

Day 208 - Silver Dollar City

We had a break from quizzing today and decided to spend some time at this fantastic amusement park called Silver Dollar City.  It was a lovely, fun, wet, wild day!  :)
