Day 340 - Me and My Girl

Today Alexis and I got to spend some time together, thanks to my sweet sisters who kept my boys.  We had her Princess Club Christmas Party today and it was very fun.  She of course loves the sparkle, so it works great for her to be part of this club!  The snacks were good and the games were cute.  Overall though, I love spending time with my girl!

During the party, I looked out and realized it was snowing very hard.   Pretty.

Day 339 - Perfect Pancakes

I made the family's favorite tonight for dinner - breakfast.  I love breakfast at breakfast time, but not so much at dinner.  But I digress.

Alexis begged me to make the perfect pancake stack that is pictured on the front of the box - including the little pad of butter.  And you know, I like to see my baby girl happy, so I did as she requested...

Day 338 - Sick Boy

Carsten really wasn't feeling great yesterday, and so last night, Josh and I decided that he'd stay home with him this morning from service, and I would stay home tonight.  We had a great time, just the two of us, washing clothes and folding clothes and cooking dinner, etc.  After his shower, we decided to read some books.  Here we are right before we read them...

Day 337 - Formal Banquet

Our church hosted a Youth Formal Banquet tonight and Josh and I went.  It was absolutely beautiful in there and the food was fantastic.  It was a great time - I only wish it would have lasted longer!!!

Day 336 - Ornament Making

So I heard about this cool dough you make out of applesauce, glue and cinnamon.  You can roll it out and press cookie cutters in it and make ornaments!  Rebecca brought her kiddos over and they had a great time playing in the dough!  Yeah, the color isn't so great, but once you paint them, they will be lovely, I'm sure!

Day 335 - Christmas Count Down

We made a fun little paper chain today to count us down until Christmas.  The kids enjoyed it!

Day 334 - Dom is 4!

Happy 4th birthday to the little guy who made me an Auntie!  Dom I love you so much!
